ROAR ONE a modern masterpiece. Design elements; concrete contsruction, great use of glass, rooftop patios and high ceilings. ROAR One consists of ten residential units and two retail/commercial units. The project creates a new model for residential living in Vancouver. The design incorporates mezzanine spaces and uniquely; deep, inset courtyard balconies that provide a rare ability for indoor/outdoor living in combination. 

ROAR ONE has won the 2006 Home of the Year Citation Award from New York based Architecture Magazine. This is a a highly regarded professional journal that is published around the world. The Home of the Year Award carries significant recognition. Following the 2006 Lieutenants Governors Award (BC), the 2006 AIBC Innovation Award (BC), the 2006 Collegiate Schools of Architecture Faculty Design Award (North America) and the 2005 National Post Design Exchange Award (Canada), this is the fifth consecutive award that have been received for this project.
