"Loft Queen" Katie Burkard has reigned over Vancouver's Loft scene since 2003. Her game changing site quickly became the go-to resource for anyone interested in 12 foot ceilings, but Katie knew she needed to expand her empire. So, in 2007 she and business partner Shawn Lee created Blu Living, and Vancouver's one-stop shop for everything Real Estate was born. Running the business is a thrill for this hardworking, extrovert, but for Katie - nothing beats the thrill of the chase.
