ALDA

Concrete loft building completed in 2002 designed by and named after Alda Pereira. This is one of Yaletowns premier residence. This is a six-story building with 59 suites located in the heart of Yaletown, across the street from the new Opus Hotel. Features include walnut hardwood floors, eurpean tilt and turn windows, timber beams, over-height interior sliding doors, electric fireplaces, and storage lockers on the same floor. This is also one of the few buildings in Vancouver which actually has air conditioning.
